Energy Work and Guidance Sessions
All prices and services are subject to change & sessions are based on availability. A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect. If you need to cancel and reschedule please call at least 24 hours before session. If cancel after 24 hour period, you will be charged full amount of session. Thank you! All services can and will be provided via phone, google duo, facebook messenger or zoom.
Just let us know when you schedule your appointment which one you prefer.
Joann will call you at the scheduled appointment time. You can stay on the phone as Joann gives the Reiki , Shamanic or chakra balancing treatments or she can call you back after the session to follow up with you. There is also an option to do your session when you are asleep at night. Joann can either email the day after or call for a brief follow up the next day. For all sessions make sure you are in a place that is comfortable, and where you will not be disturbed for 60 minutes. For energy work session you can be in a sit down or lay down position.

Joann brings together this ancient eastern hands on healing technique along with her intuitive abilities to give each person a specialized Reiki session catered to each individual and their specific needs at the time.
Children Reiki Sessions:
$60 (ages 3 years -15years) Have to have the permission of parent or legal guardian . Parent or guardian needs to be present for entire session. Typical sessions lasts 45 minutes t. $60
Starter Sessions
This is for all new clients or those who are unsure of what session to choose. This session consists of a mini consultation along with energy work that will be chosen for what is needed at the time. Reiki or Chakra Balancing.

Shamanic Services
Shamanic Services
Sessions can range from one-hour to one and half hour in duration unless otherwise stated. All Shamanic sessions need to be made at least five days in advance
****Note: Before scheduling a soul retrieval, extractions, cord cutting or power animal retrieval session a shamanic consultation is necessary in order to discuss the sessions, etc.
Shamanic Consultation $40 for 30 minutes.
SHAMANIC REIKI:
Shamanism and Reiki are powerful paths to healing. When combined, their powers are multiplied. Combining the healing effects of Reiki and basic indigenous Shamanic techniques to restore balance, harmony, health and wellness to one’s state of being.
One hour session: $110
Shamanic Healing
Shamanism includes ancient healing techniques practiced world wide by both indigenous peoples and others who are called to this work. Shamanic healing techniques are based in the thought that spiritual disharmony creates imbalance mentally, emotionally and physically. This disharmony or “illness” can inhibit our ability to walk our path and opens us up to disease on all levels of our being if left unresolved. From a shamanic perspective all life is interconnected, everything has spirit and a soul and we are not alone in the great scheme of things. We are all part of the unfolding evolution of creation. Shamanic practice and techniques helps reconnect us to ourselves, each other and to the great mystery that we are all a part of as well as becoming more “whole”. Through such devices as rattling, drumming, chanting, prayer, crystals, herbs, journeying, feather clearing and minor extractions one can return to a state of balance and harmony. These sessions help to re-establish energetic balance and well-being. They are used to cleanse, call healing energies and spirits, remove energetic blocks, release emotions, for strength, for protection, to receive guidance. North American, Celtic and Hawaiian Shamanism techniques are applied.

Power Animal Retrieval
Similar to a Soul Retrieval this technique is to help a person regain power and vitality back through a Power Animal Retrieval. Most people have at least one spirit helper in animal form. As a rule, these helpers are present whether we are consciously aware of them or not. They provide such thing as protection, assistance, wisdom, direction and companionship and are looked upon, similarly, like a guardian angel. In a shamanic worldview, the individual’s personal power and physical vitality is a gift from these helpers, hence the term "power animals". When one — for whatever reason — leaves the company of a person, another power animal usually appears to take its place. However, if that does not happen, the person may experience a diminished amount of personal power which might manifest as serious illness, emotional unrest, personal crisis, lack of energy or creativeness or some other noticeable way. Through the technique of journeying to discover an animal spirit that had previously been their client’s companion; the animal is escorted back to the client. After such retrieval the client may experience a resurgence of power, health or effectiveness.

Soul Retrieval
When a piece of our soul leaves and is unable to return, we can manifest depression, the inability to move forward and feeling powerless. Soul Retrieval is the practice of reintegrating various interpretations of the soul that might have become disconnected, trapped or lost through current or past life trauma(s). This technique creates a feeling of wholeness, centeredness and positive personal power. This technique gives us permission to regain our power back and feel safe, empowered and protected to do so. The fragmentations parts are encouraged and reassured before each ‘lost’ part comes home and re-establishes the client’s power as part of the resolution, reintegration and healing process. The client is then able to experience feeling truly whole again in order to move forward in his/her life. This is a very powerful healing technique.

Cord Releasing
A Cord Releasing Ceremony involves assisting one to let go of, release or cut from your life unhealthy attachments with people, habits; feelings or agreements that no longer serve your highest and best. You may be ready to let go of fear, hurt, anger, guilt, shame, etc. or break an old habit, addictive behavior or agreement so you can truly make a new one and feel free. Your active participation is necessary to make the releasement effective. Joann may use different techniques to help you remove these unwanted energies in your auric field. You then choose a specific intentions, actions, thoughts or feelings to replace what you have just cut from your life.
$175(this includes one 60 minute healing session and a 90 minute cord cutting session.)
Energy Restoration
Energy restoration is the art of cleansing one’s mind, body, spirit and energy fields from lower vibrational energies or influences with the use of smudging, drumming, rattling, chanting and prayer. This is a ceremonial technique which invites healing and positive energies into one’s life, as well as energizing or blessing a person while restoring harmony, balance, clarity and peace. Energy restoration can be useful when one’s feeling such things as depression, anger, unbalanced, anxious, low energy or unwell.
One hour session: $95
Chakra Balancing
One hour session: $70
“Chakras are like the power stations of our body, bringing it to life, and keeping it healthy. Each chakra is associated with different parts of us and they need to spin in balance for us to feel good. The chakras absorb energy that comes from our thoughts, feelings and outside environment and feed this to our body. Our body is affected by the quality of the energy that passes through the chakras. For instance, if we have negative feelings, we will be filtering negative energy through our chakras and into our body. Over time this can make our body ill. Our chakras also absorb energy from the environment. Other people's negative emotions or a room full of clutter will produce an unhealthy energy which we absorb. We cannot avoid coming into contact with negative energy or feeling down sometimes, but there is a lot that we can do to change our feelings from negative to positive and to protect ourselves from harmful energy in the environment. Keeping our chakras in tip-top condition is the key, in other words keeping them spinning in balance. Chakra balancing is a bit like spring-cleaning the chakras and fine-tuning them. Each chakra is associated with different body parts, emotions and life areas, so in balancing each chakra, you will be giving energy and help to any issues or problems you have.” E-How article. There are different methods of balancing the chakras. Joann may use crystals, color energy, essential oils, visualizations, affirmations, energy work, toning, sound therapy, etc depending on how she is guided. Whichever methods are used or combined, chakra balancing offers very positive results - improving your health and making you feel good about yourself by focusing on each of the seven major chakras.
Chit Chat Session
Chit Chat Sessions with Joann
Chit chat sessions were created to be your source of advice/guidance/support for mind, body and spirit. Maybe you have questions or thoughts in regards to emotional issues, relationships, spiritual struggles, things that go bump in the night, your own intuitive awakening, etc. Come and enjoy some talk time with Joann who has been in the field of energy work, crystal and color therapy, shamanic practice and spiritual and metaphysical work for over 28 years.

Animal Energy Work
Animal Energy Work-$60:
Sessions can last from one-half hour to one-hour in duration unless otherwise stated.
Animals, like people, benefit from Reiki. Whether one has cats, dogs, birds, fish, ferrets, horses or other animals, one can use Reiki to help their animal companions. Animals respond to our loving touch and intention. Reiki is another way to help one’s animal companion feel better, rejuvenated and happy. Reiki can be performed on the animals in the following situations:
1) To balance energies within the animal’s system and to create overall harmony, health and healing;
2) If one’s animal companion has emotional problems due to a traumatic situation such as abuse, neglect, loss or being injured, Reiki can help to release and heal those emotions;
3) For behavioral issues such as depression, nervousness or hyperactivity, Reiki can help the animal relax and reduce their stress and anxiety;
4) If the animal is sick or injured, Reiki can help it heal more quickly and reduce pain. If the animal is facing a serious illness, Reiki can help bring comfort and be a great compliment to any form of medical treatment/intervention;
5) If one’s beloved animal companion is dying, Reiki for animals can help bring peace, calming and comfort to the family and the animal during that difficult time. It can aid them in relaxing so they are not afraid and struggling to stay a part of our lives.
